Washington DC Day 3

Day 3 was a special day in DC.  One of Kaiya's childhood friends (from infant/toddler years) drove a couple of hours to meet us in DC.  We got to tour the Capitol Building together and then walk through the National Mall.  Towards the later part of the day, we stopped by the National Museum of Natural History.  The kids were already exhausted so we lasted all of 30 minutes or so.  Did I mention how much I loved taking pictures on this trip…cuz I did!
