Kaiya: First Day of School, Grade 1

So apparently I didn't get the memo of having your kid hold up a sign with the date and grade they're entering. I'll be sure to do so next year.  Oh well, at least I remembered to take pictures. =)  Kaiya started 1st grade today.  It was a rough morning for Kaiya especially since she had such a great summer.  I thought kids only cried on the first day of Kindergarten.  I was the proud parent of the kid that cried the first of day of 1st grade (I didn't have the heart to capture those pics).  Well..here she is while she was happy.
