Father's Day Fun

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful husband and fantastic dad to our children.  I know at times you feel frustrated and that your patient wears thin but keep in mind of all the other times (which is a majority of the time) where you laugh and play with them, read them bedtime stories, and introduce new things in the world to them that leave their faces in awe.  Those are things that matter and will be remembered.

Every year for Father's Day, we take Anthony to a nearby park and have a picnic.  And this year was no different.  The kids really enjoyed the picnic style eating and playing in the sand pit.  Every year, the picnic gets a little easier.  I'm just hoping one of these years they'll carry all the stuff for us!  This year was extra special because a good friend of ours was in town and helped us capture a family pictures (a very rare moment).
