New Creation Home

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet a great group of young moms and kids through New Creation Home, a teen mom outreach program. I'm always looking for new and creative ways to give back to my community so I volunteered to do an Easter Photoshoot for these moms and their adroable kiddies.
