Cookie Experiment

Kaiya's third birthday is coming up and I had this brilliant idea to bake little train cookies as a party favor since she loves trains so much. I've never baked sugar cookies before let alone create icing to decorate them with. I did a practice run this weekend and surprised myself with the results. :)
