Thanks to our friend Ben who is pondering opening up a soup place, the idea of a Chang Family soup cook-off was born. This time Anthony and I each tackled two soups each. There was no theme. We had two guest judges, Aya & Ben. Each soup was judged based on presentation (5 possible pts), originality (5 possible pts), and taste (10 possible pts). It was a close match, but the Kabocha SquashCoconut Milk Soup won with a total score of 38 with the Corn Chowder as a close second with a total of 37 points.
