A couple of weekends ago Anthony and I had lunch in the city (San Francisco) at Zuni Cafe. We ordered a Corn, Potato and Thyme Soup. It was just okay. We both thought we could do better and thus the Corn & Potato Soup challenge was born.
Each soup must incorporate the use of potatoes and corn and only take about an hour to prepare. We had three judges that based our dishes on taste, originality, and presenation. Anthony couldn't decide on just a single soup so he was ambitioius and prepared 2 soups.
